③ Confirmation You will receive an email with invoice embedded for comfirmation within 1 working day. We will propose other periods or rooms if your perferred time/room is not available We may charge a cancellation fee according to the terms of Room rental if you cancell after submitting the reservation. |

④ Payment Please make a transfer within a week after the invoices has been issued. If making a transfer prior to the day you reserve, paying by credit card or cash on site is also acceptable. （Notice: There will be 5% processing fee added.） |

⑤ After the payment confirmed We will send you email as soon as the payment is confirmed. Please note that the reservation may be cancelled when payment can not be confirmed after one week or with no contact regarding payment. |

⑥ Using the room Please come to reception on 5F before you entering the room. Optional equipments such as projectors will be handed over at the reception. Please return all items before leaving. The floor guide will be listed at the entrance on 1F. Please inform your attendees in advance. The start time you reserve becomes the earliest time anyone with your group may enter the room - such as to decorate, deliver food or setup equipment. Be sure to reserve enough time for your needs. Any time you do not reserve may be reserved by others. Please do not forget to bring your belonging with you while leaving the room. Thanks for your cooperration. |
